Doodling in the detail at new Palmerston North exhibitionCarly Thomas/Stuff Vivian McKenna with one of her intricate line drawings. Animalia II will include more than 30 framed works by the Palmerston North artist all done in pen and ink in which McKenna shows her life-long love of putting pen to paper. McKenna's association with Taylor-Jensen Fine Arts began in 1994 when she moved to Palmerston North and attended an evening life drawing group at the gallery. When a day-time life drawing group was established in Palmerston North, McKenna joined those artists as well. Animalia II opens at Palmerston North's Taylor-Jensen Fine Arts on January 12 and runs until the end of the month.
