Dr Prempeh attended the maiden edition of the Political Science Department’s “Time with a Politician” series at the University of Ghana on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. The programme was organised in collaboration with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, a German political foundation known for supporting democratic governance and political education. The NPP stalwart emphasised that bridging the gap between academic study and real-life political practice can significantly strengthen Ghana’s democratic institutions. The “Time with a Politician” series is expected to bring students of political science closer to practitioners in governance, providing them with first-hand perspectives on leadership, policy-making and national development. Dr Prempeh expressed hope that the initiative would continue to inspire young people to participate meaningfully in public service and contribute to the country’s democratic growth.
