Politics of Monday, 26 January 2026Source: www.ghanaweb.comPrivate legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has clashed with a University of Ghana political science senior lecturer, Dr Joshua Jebuntie Zaato, on live TV, regarding a subject on corruption. “(Sic) is as corrupt as Akufo-Addo,” Kpebu could be heard saying before Dr Zaato interjected. But Kpebu insisted that it is his opinion that Akufo-Addo is corrupt, citing the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) as his basis. Dr Zaato then indicated that the CPI is just about perception and cannot be used as evidence of corruption.
