Share TweetBy Hannah TorregozaSenate Minority leader Franklin Drilon on Friday said he would block the proposed P3.105 budget of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) for 2018 unless President Duterte signs a draft administrative order that would put cargo shipments placed in containers under the coverage of a preshipment inspection policy. “I will block the budget of the Bureau of Customs unless that matter of preshipment can be put to full use—preinspection from shipment from port of origin,” Drilon said during the interview. There are established companies who would offer preshipment inspection facilities,” he pointed out.
