A man was drink-driving in Picton when police tried to pull him over on January 23. A man has been convicted of drink-driving for a fourth time despite running away from police through a construction yard. The man, who has interim name suppression, was driving in Picton when police tried to pull him over about 11.30am on January 23. As the patrol car driver turned around, the man got out of his car and walked into a construction company yard, a police summary of facts said. While police were speaking to a staff member in the yard, the man got back into his car and left the area.
