The driver of the car involved in a crash that killed two members of Anthony Joshua's team has appeared in court in Nigeria. Heavyweight boxer Joshua was travelling in a vehicle near Lagos with his personal trainer Latif Ayodele and strength coach Sina Ghami in December. The driver of Joshua's vehicle, Adeniyi Mobolaji Kayode, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, reckless and negligent driving, driving without due care and driving without a valid licence. The 46-year-old appeared at Sagamu Magistrates Court on Wednesday, with his case adjourned to March 13 after prosecutors told the court they needed more time to prepare evidence.
