A High Court judge has granted Mr Chinedu 70 per cent ownership of the properties estimated to be worth more than Sh100 million. On November 15, Justice Muchelule held that the properties were acquired when Mr Chinedu and Ms Akinyi were living together as husband and wife, and thus constituted matrimonial property. He said they constructed rental houses and Ms Akinyi would collect the rental income. The court has directed Ms Akinyi to provide accurate accounts, inventory and status of the matrimonial properties within 90 days from November 15. Detectives branded Mr Chinedu "a dangerous drug baron."
