KARACHI: Dua Mangi, the girl who had been abducted on November 30, 2019, outside a tea shop in Defense House Authority (DHA) identified her kidnappers in court on Monday. The kidnappers were identified as Zohaib Qureshi and Muzaffar. In her statement before the court, Mangi affirmed that the two men, along with their accomplices, had kidnapped her while she was walking on the road. While Mangi had safely returned home a week after her abduction, police on March 18 arrested two suspects from different areas in the countryThe two were believed to be involved in both Dua Mangi and Bisma’s kidnapping. Additional IG Ghulam Nabi Memon had said that a five-member kidnappers’ gang led by an ousted police officer Agha Manzoor was behind the abduction of the two girls.
