The Edmonton Eskimos allowed D’haquille (Duke) Williams to pursue an NFL opportunity and it appears he found one with the Buffalo Bills. Williams has signed a reserve/futures contract with the Bills, who finished with a 6-10 record this season, missing the NFL playoffs. Williams, 25, was released by the Eskimos last week in order to pursue opportunities in the NFL. Williams led the CFL this past season, amassing 1,579 yards on 88 catches with 11 touchdowns. The Eskimos finished last season with a 9-9 record and missed the CFL playoffs.
