WASHINGTON—Rep. Duncan Hunter (R., Calif.)., who pleaded guilty to misusing campaign funds earlier this week, said Friday that he will resign from Congress after the holiday season. A federal grand jury indicted Mr. Hunter and his wife in 2018 on campaign finance charges, accusing them of illegally using more than $250,000 for personal expenses, including dinners, medical bills and vacations. Mr. Hunter pleaded guilty to a single count of conspiring to misuse campaign funds, with a sentencing date set for March 2020.
