Duterte said new Information and Communications Secretary Gregorio Honasan II to be the “lead man” in the endeavor to ensure fast, reliable, secure, and more affordable telecommunication services to the public. The permit allows the telco consortium composed of China Telecommunications Corp., Udenna Corp., and Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp. to operate in the country.
