Duterte meets Peter LimPresident Rodrigo Duterte on Friday met with one of the alleged three leaders of illegal drug operations in the country. In a video released by Radio TV Malacañang on Saturday, Duterte is seen talking with businessman Peter Lim at the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region XI office in Davao City. During the meeting, the President “strongly” advised Lim to submit himself to an investigation to prove that he is not the “Peter Lim” who is a member of the drug triad. In his earlier speech, Duterte warned Co and Colangco that they would die if they step out of jail. The President earlier identified Lim as one of the top drug lords who is reportedly behind the illegal drug trade in the Visayas.
