MANILA, Philippines — President Duterte will participate in the ASEAN-China Special Summit via video conference on Nov. 22. The President is expected to speak about the Philippines’ positions on key areas of cooperation and regional issues, it said. The special summit will be co-chaired by Xi and Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei Darussalam, the ASEAN chair this year. The President will be joined by Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr., Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez, Sen. Bong Go, Presidential Assistant for Foreign Affairs Robert E.A.
