KUALA LUMPUR (April 8): Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd (KLSB) is partnering with ParkCity Group to develop more than 9,000 residential units in the Kwasa Damansara township. According to a press statement issued on April 3, the project will be undertaken by ParkCity Damansara Sdn Bhd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of ParkCity Group. The collaboration involves the development of more than 400 acres of land located at the southeastern corner of Kwasa Damansara, an area currently known as PJ East. The master plan seeks to build on the success of ParkCity Group’s award-winning Desa ParkCity in Kuala Lumpur. ParkCity Group chief executive officer Datuk Joseph Lau said: “At ParkCity, we approach township development with a long-term perspective, guided by what we call the ParkCity way of living, anchored on three core principles: a diverse community, seamless connectivity and thoughtful conveniences.
