Eight young media professionals were selected to participate in the EU-Liberia Partnership Campaign for Young Media professionals. They were selected from a competitive process, among them four are Europeans, while the other four are LiberiansMonrovia – European Union Ambassador to Liberia Hélène Cavé has challenged journalists selected to participate in the EU-Liberia Partnership Campaign for Young Media professionals to tell positive stories about Liberia. Eight young media professionals were selected from a competitive process. Speaking at the official launch of the campaign on Monday, February 24, Ambassador Cave expressed confidence that the young media professionals will be up to the task. “I am confident that your different experiences and backgrounds will be very inspiring and enriching; for yourselves, as young media professionals, as well as for Europeans and Liberians hearing and reading your stories,” she said.
