Earl William Forbes Earl passed peacefully into eternal life Monday morning, July 12, at home in the presence of his family, after a lengthy struggle with lung cancer. A long-time San Jose resident, Earl will be remembered for his sense of humor, quick wit, and accomplishments on many of the area’s finest golf courses. He is survived by his devoted wife of forty-five years, Mary Ann, daughters Geraldine, Deborah, and Brenda, son-in-law Scott, and granddaughter Natalie. Earl is also survived by his siblings Richard, Don, Harry, Donna, and Butch, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. In accordance with his wishes, Earl will be cremated.
