Ellacoya Chapter #43, Order of the Eastern Star’s monthly public bean suppers resume with the first one on Saturday, May 6, and will continue on the first Saturday of each month through the fall. The supper is held in the dining room at the Squam Valley Masonic Building, located across from the Center Harbor/Holderness Town Line on Route 3. There will be the usual homemade baked beans, ham, meatballs, potato casseroles, salads and pies. Eastern Star is a nonprofit organization and the proceeds from the suppers and other fund raising activities, after expenses, help many in need. This year Ellacoya Chapter has selected to help with funds and paper goods for Camp Sno-Mo (Easter Seals).
