The festival will feature more than 60 short films across eight curated blocks, making it one of the UK’s largest genre short film programmes. The programme also includes Scottish premieres of international features. The festival will also spotlight emerging Scottish film talent. A dedicated shorts programme includes performances from Grant O'Rourke in Checkout, Catriona Stirling in Nora Can’t Score, and Sorcha Groundsell in Seaforth. Alongside screenings, SI-FAN will also raise funds for the Edinburgh-based mental health charity Health in Mind.
