EDMONTON—Edmonton police are warning the public about a recently released violent offender who they believe may commit another violent act. Edmonton Police are warning that Jared Soosay, 22, has been released from custody. Soosay is a convicted violent offender, whose convictions include sexual violence. Police are warning the public that they have reasonable grounds to believe he may commit another act of violence.
