After months of waiting, director Sukumar 's first production venture 'Darshakudu' has finally entered theatres on August 4. The film features Ashok Eesha Rebba and Pujita Ponnada in crucial roles. The film narrates the story of a budding director, whose sole ambition is to create a successful movie. The film keeps making a commentary on how Tollywood films rely on tropes even while 'Darshakudu' does the same. The first half also sees the intro of Pujita Ponnada as a budding actress and the heroine's friend.Of the three songs in the movie, there is one that doesn't seem to fit into the story.
