Spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Megahed said 44 patients have died from the virus over the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 11,300. Egypt has started its vaccination campaign in January, starting with the medical teams at quarantine hospitals, for being on top of priority groups in terms of vaccination. Johns Hopkins University on March 15, announced that the total number of coronavirus cases reached 119.848.281 million around the world.
