In a statement, Spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Megahed said 41 patients have died from the virus over the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 11,598. As many as 445 patients were discharged from isolation hospitals after receiving necessary medical care, taking the number of recovered cases to 149,934 so far, the spokesman said. The recovery rate from the coronavirus (COVID-19) at Egyptian isolation hospitals has reached 76.7percent, after the number of people recovering from the virus increased to 149489 cases, according to the Ministry of Health's statement.
