CAIRO - 6 January 2021: A Ministry of Planning and Economic Development delegation visited Fayoum Governorate Wednesday to follow up on governorate-wide development projects set in the fiscal year (FY) 2020/21 investment plan. Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala El-Said met with Fayoum Governor Ahmed Al-Ansari and Heba Mugheib, Head of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development’s Regional Planning Sector, and their accompanying delegation. During the meeting, the rates of project implementation work under the FY 2020/21 plan were reviewed and discussed. The total cost of the project stands at about LE 16.450 million, and is expected to be completed in February 2021. The visit also included follow up on the completion of the economic housing project in Tamiya city, where three residential buildings have been constructed.
