CAIRO, 15 September 2020 2020: Al-Ahly postponed announcing themselves as Egyptian League title Winner after failing to win against Al-Ittihad of Alexandria. Al-Ahly tied with Al-Ittihad of Alexandria with a goalless draw in the 27th round of the Egyptian League. Mohamed El-Shenawy, Al-Ahly goalkeeper, shone on more than one occasion against Al-Ittihad, the most important of which was the brilliance in front of Ahmed Refaat's penalty kick. Al-Ahly goalkeeper protected his net and came out with a clean sheet for the 20th time this season. Al-Ittihad of Alexandria reached point 37 in fifth place, while Al-Ahly's balance reached the top of point 72.
