Police have revealed the name of the woman who died after a crash on State Highway 6, on the West Coast, last month. Shirley Ryan (81), of Hokitika, died after after a car and van collided on Kumara Junction Highway, near Hokitika on February 17. One person was trapped in the incident which occurred about 1.22pm. Stuff reported Ms Ryan likely suffered a medical event before the crash.
