Firefighters attend a fire in a workshop on Tremaine Ave in Palmerston north. Firefighters raced to the industrial area of Palmerston North, where a blaze had broken out in a workshop. Emergency services were called just after 2pm on Wednesday after the sprinkler system alerted them to the fire. Stuff Emergency services have rushed to a fire in a workshop in Palmerston North. Firefighters from Milson and Palmerston North stations had the blaze under control and were overhauling the area, looking for potential hotspots by 2.40pm.
