England's tour of South Africa was plunged into turmoil on Sunday morning when the delayed first one-day international was cancelled because of two unconfirmed positive tests in the England camp. That led to the England touring party being tested again with a statement saying that two unconfirmed positive test results have been returned. As a result, players and management are self-isolating in their hotel rooms with Sunday's first ODI in Paarl cancelled and the rest of the tour plunged into doubt. 'We remain in constant dialogue with Cricket South Africa and will continue to work closely with them to determine how best to move forward.' But it is impossible to see how the tour can now go ahead and it seems certain it will be abandoned, plunging Cricket South Africa into more chaos.
