England will play New Zealand and Costa Rica in the US ahead of the World Cup. The Three Lions will stage a pre-tournament camp in south Florida before, as previously reported, moving to Kansas City when the action kicks off. And while in the Sunshine State they will play matches against fellow qualifiers the All Whites and Costa Rica, who failed to make the tournament. The FA have now confirmed that England will head to Kansas City for the duration of their stay at the tournament, as previously reported by Daily Mail Sport. In 2018, England prepared for Russia with a 2-0 win over Costa Rica at Elland Road.
