Eric Trump and others who have done work for the Trump Organization must sit for depositions by next month as part of a civil fraud investigation conducted by the New York attorney general, a state court judge ruled Wednesday. A lawyer for Eric Trump declined to comment. Last month, the attorney general’s office asked a judge to order the Trump Organization and others to comply with subpoenas. It said the seven subpoenas in question would give the office witness testimony and thousands of documents about specific Trump Organization properties. The office also asked the judge to order the testimony of Eric Trump, among others.
