It means that Haaland has become the fastest player to reach 50 goal involvements in the history of the Premier League. The Norwegian striker has already broken numerous Premier League records since he moved to City last summer from Borussia Dortmund. He also became the first Premier League player ever to score hat-tricks in three consecutive home games. Haaland helped City win a historic treble last season and Guardiola’s side have made a flying start to the new 2023-24 campaign.
