Customs Commission of Ethiopia introduced a fully paperless online service that allows traders to get one window service online. The new service is launched at the presence of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed on Saturday. It is indicated that the new online platform is integrated with banking system and enables the country to provide modern customs clearance services. It also brings transparency avoiding corruption, invoicing fraud and shortens the lengthy process many importers and exporters in Ethiopia have been companioning about.
