The cover, ‘Sheba Comfort’, began being offered on 1 October 2020 and will continue to be offered until 31 March 2021 in collaboration with AXA Partners and Awash Insurance Company. The coverage is applicable on all Ethiopian’s international flights booked with the airline’s tickets. Sheba Comfort is part of the airline’s extra security measures to protect passengers and ensure that they travel with peace of mind. Sheba Comfort also includes repatriation and evacuation services whenever needed, as well as 24/7 assistance through the airline’s hotline. The latest is American Airlines introducing pre-flight Covid-19 testing for customers travelling to international destinations, starting with Jamaica and the Bahamas.
