The Ethiopian Ministry of Revenues signed a $7.5 million grant agreement with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). Adanech Abebe, Minister of the Ministry of Revenues, and Kim Su Jin, Director of KOICA, inked the agreement.
