Moroccan reports on Sunday said that Ethiopian referee Bamlak Tessema will officiate Zamalek-Raja encounter in the first leg of the CAF Champions League semi-finals. The White Knights qualified for the last four after knocking out ES Tunis, the last year champions, 3-2 on aggregate. Also, the same reports claimed that Al Ahly hated referee Bakary Gassama would officiate the Red Devils’ first leg at the CAF Champions League against Morocco’s Wydad. Al Ahly qualified to semi-finals after thrashing Sundowns 3-1 on aggregate in the quarter finals. On the other hand, Wydad, the last year runner-up, qualified for the semi-finals after defeating Étoile du Sahel 2-1 on aggregate.
