Octane seems to be an adrenaline junkie sort, with leaked abilities and a character design that point to a classic stimpack build. Either is possible, but I tend to think that these jump pads are a soft promotion/technical test for Octane, and that we'll see them disappear when he's finally added. Overall, that would be my read on Octane overall: a simple-to-use character that nonetheless will trend towards the higher end of the skill spectrum.
