According to the lawsuit, Matthew Rosenbaum began sexually harassing his secretary in March 2005 after taking office as a state Supreme Court justice in Monroe County in Rochester. Rosenbaum told her having sex with him 'was part of her job, that he was stressed and she was required to assist him in relieving his stress'. She alleges she was coerced into performing oral sex on Rosenbaum in his chambers at the Monroe County courthouse multiple times between 2005 and 2009. A law clerk for Taddeo told WHEC they were not able to comment on the allegations at this time.
