She sued after former constable Adrian Pogmore, 53, was jailed for a year in 2017. He admitted four charges of misconduct in public office by using the South Yorkshire Police helicopter for “sexual spying” with a powerful camera capable of reading a number plate from two miles away. “I feel sick to know that it took place.”Pogmore, 54, who served in South Yorkshire police’s air support unit, also used the £2 million helicopter to film a couple having sex on their patio and another couple naked by their caravan. "The second PC, who had resigned from the force prior to the hearing, was cleared of misconduct. “The two other members of staff were not South Yorkshire Police employees and therefore not subject to SYP misconduct proceedings.”
