A yellow warning for snow and ice is due to expire at 12pm on Friday, February 13. The Met Office is warning of travel disruption and ice forming on untreated surfaces. The Met Office predicts showers of snow and hail on Friday afternoon, into the evening and overnight. The snow is expected to die out early on Saturday morning, leading to another largely dry and bright day.
