By Ben GlickmanEyePoint Pharmaceuticals said Monday it had named Jay Duker chief executive officer. The Watertown, Mass.-based eye disorder therapeutics company said Duker, 65, has served as chief operating officer of EyePoint since November 2021. He was also part-time chief strategic scientific officer of EyePoint in 2020. Duker succeeds Nancy Lurker, who has held the role since 2016, as CEO. The company said Lurker will continue to serve as executive vice chair of the company during the transition.
