'Eyesore metal barriers ruin Plymouth city centre revamp'"Why spend money only for this to happen?" ‌When will these metal barriers be taken down? When are the metal barriers at the top end of Old Town Street going to be removed, or replaced by some sort of locking posts? ‌We know it’s to stop numerous delivery drivers entering the area but why spend money to make it pedestrians only, with seating, etc, and then keep the eyesore by blocking it with massive metal barriers? ‌They appear very scared of the USA, and yet it has taken decades for the USA to actually respond aggressively.
