NADCO was established in 2023 to collect views from Kenyans pertaining to, among others, Kenya’s electoral system, cost of living, and inclusivity. While the image has The Star’s branding, it does not appear on the publication’s verified X account and Facebook page, where such graphics are routinely shared. PesaCheck examined a graphic on X and Facebook, purportedly from The Star, summarising the National Dialogue Committee (NADCO) report, and found it to be FAKE.
