A blowout of the Portland Timbers keyed by a Jesus Ferreira hat trick had FC Dallas fans feeling good heading into the international break. Supporters developed the Brimstone Cup in 2001, the league’s first rivalry trophy with the name playing off the Fire and then-Dallas Burn nickname.
