Four days after an Amity University student died on the campus, the police have registered a case of death due to negligence against unidentified persons. Udit Shankar Singh, 19, a B.Tech first-year student at Amity University, had fallen to death from the fifth floor of the hostel on November 24. Manisha Singh, Udit’s sister has started a social media campaign seeking justice for her brother. The Amity University administration said they will cooperate in the investigation. We will fully support them in the investigation,” said Savita Mehta, vice president, communications, Amity University.
