The current paid-up capital of the company is Tk25 crore and its shareholder equity is Tk36 crore. It has recently signed IPO advisory service agreements with four companies—Kattali Textile Limited, RK Spinning Mills Limited, Lub-rref (Bangladesh) Limited, B. The company offers many more services, including takeover, merger & acquisitions, advisory service, discretionary or non-discretionary operation of accounts, underwriting and corporate advisory services on raising capital etc. Since 1994, the company with a dynamic management team has successfully completed about a dozen of IPO deals and become one of the foremost capital market conduits in Bangladesh. Chairman, Md Maniruzzaman Chowdhury, Chief Adviser Prof Dr Shajahan Mina, Vice-Chairman Md Kamrul Hassan and expatriate Salman Haider Chowdhury are at the helm of the company.
