Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman said the country’s regulators are experienced and fully cognisant of matters related to Adani Group. Adani Group has pledged additional shares of three companies — Adani Transmission, Adani Ports and Adani Green Energy — as State Bank of India (SBI) sought more collateral to make up for the shortfall in pledge value in the wake of the drop in the stock prices.
