In the post, Srinivasan congratulated PM Modi on crossing the milestone of 100 crore vaccinations. The post also contained other similar photos of her and people holding similar placards. Thus, it’s clear that an old photo of BJP MLA Vanathi Srinivasan holding a placard has been digitally edited to read, "Go Back Modi".
