After Mr Rawnsley was pushed by Mr Beall and told to leave, he wrote on his clocking out card: 'Attacked by owner. "Mr Beall explained this situation to the claimant. "After around 10 or 15 minutes Mr Beall lost his temper, he struck the claimant's face, pushed him and told him to get out. "Mr Beall sent a text message to the claimant on the afternoon of October 17, 2019. When Mr Rawnsley did not respond, Mr Beall sent him a letter four days later, part of which read he was a "jumped up, know it all, spoilt child".
