PETALING JAYA: A 75-year-old woman with dementia has been reported missing after she wandered off from a care centre on Thursday evening. Chew Lay Choo, who also responds to the names “Helen” or “Lay Choo”, was last seen at about 5pm on April 2 after leaving the facility. Chew is described as being 165cm tall and was wearing a black and white top at the time of her disappearance. Family members are appealing to the public, especially those in the Bangsar area, to keep a lookout and share information that could help in locating her. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact 016-330 0220 or 016-443 8048 immediately.
