A new CNN documentary is touching on actor Chevy Chase’s near-fatal health scare a few years ago. In “I’m Chevy Chase and You’re Not,” which premieres Jan. 1, more details are revealed regarding the “National Lampoon Vacation” star’s hospital stay in 2021. In the documentary, it’s revealed that Chase suffered from heart failure and then spent over a week in a coma. His heart stops,” Chase’s wife, Jayni Chase, says in “I’m Chevy Chase and You’re Not,” according to Variety. “She said, ‘I’m going to have to put this in here.’ And he said, ‘That’s what she said.’ ” Caley recounted.
