NICHOLAS BOYACK/STUFF Judith and David McDougall oppose a skate ramp being built on council tennis courts in Eastbourne. They believed the noise testing conducted by council should have been done by an independent expert, with experience in testing skate parks. The Eastbourne Skate Ramp Facebook page notes more than $21,000 had been raised and noise testing conducted by the council showed the ramp was well under the legal requirement.
